Each year, our Year 4 pupils stay at the Emmaus Village, as part of their school's residential retreat programme. This 2 night stay offers the opportunity for pupils to reflect, connect, and grow in their faith through engaging activities, prayerful moments and share experiences with their friends. It strengthens their understanding of Catholic teachings in a fun and exciting experience.
Our Year 6 pupils also visit the Emmaus Village, and work with the Youth Mission Team as part of their programme for those pupils leaving their primary schools. For one day, over 500 pupils will gather together through song, prayer and a series of workshops around a theme. They will have the opportunity to meet of pupils, from other schools in the Diocese and work together.
